gEt Me OuT oF hErE!!!

Well we finally had a nice day on Monday, So I had Andy my neighbor get my bike and the bike trailer down off the hook in the garage so me and the kids could venture out on our first bike ride of the year. Maddie was a big girl and rode her own bike but I lugged Jason and Tyler around. ( I swear the combined weight of the trailer and them is at least a 100 lbs ). We didn't get too far when Tyler started to get really upset. I thought if I just got going he would settle down. I remember when Jason was about two months old I put him in this thing and as long as I didn't stop he wouldn't fuss. Well that wasn't the case for Tyler. He was only a little upset in the beginning but let me know that he wanted out by the time we got home. I think that he was just so uncomfortable and Jason seemed to smother him a little. Hopefully the next time we get out he will be a lot happier. Jason, Maddie and I at least enjoyed it.

roll over

Tyler started rolling over this week, only from his belly to his back. He has also noticed his toes and grabs at them when he can. He is starting to grab at other things, His hands don't always line up with the object but he is getting the hang of it more and more each day. It's funny he gets this real trying hard look on his face when he is trying to get something that I have for him..I call it his "may the force be with you look". I am noticing and trying to record every little accomplishment he makes for the fact that this is the last time I will see all of the next stages in life because he is the last. It has been while since my last baby that I am really trying to soak all of this in.

Mom Rules!

I am so into T-Shirts and Onesies that say fun things. I am sure you have seen or will see more funny and cool ones the more I post. Little Jason says that I am the Best Mommy. He sure does love me. I love how my kids are very forgiving especialy when I am not my best.

POOP happens

Ever since starting Tyler on a little bit of Baby food, I get the joy of having atleast one of these a day. I am doing good at getting the onsie off without getting it all over him. He just thinks it's funny. I know gross but he shares with me so I will share with all of you ;)

Sunday Funday

This past Sunday we went to Copperton park for a picnic and family fun day. Jason went there often as a child with his family and he took me there all the time when we were dating ( aah dating! ). We both remembered it being bigger and how it seemed so far away, especially when your on a motorcycle. It was great. It was only five minutes away from home and the weather was beautiful. Our little family has made it a point to go do something together once a week since Daddy is gone most the time during the weekdays. I cherish all our time together and I know the kids do too.

being a mommy..

On a day to day bases:
I get poop on my hands, get scratched, get yelled at, drooled on, spit up on, chewed on, tugged at, screamed at, cried on, told what to do, pinched, peed on, farted on and my favorite..... laughed at.
I am a taxi, groomer, restaurant, singer, story teller, bather, shoe lace tyer, shoe finder, blanket catcher, sock matcher, close coordinator, bum wiper, debater, negotiator, chaser, phone dialer, reader, toy cleaner, hand sanitizer, Nurse, pharmacist and my favorite...a kisser and a hugger.
Am I complaining..NO. I love all of the jobs above and all the other that comes with it. I really enjoy being a Mommy. I love my kids so very much. I am so blessed to have these stinkers!

Pictures are important

So I take it that I need to go and have a family picture taken. Our pictures lately have been like this. Me behind the camera or Jason behind it. Which is fine I guess. As I look thru the photo albums I have noticed that I hardly have any pictures of me with my kids. So as much as I hate my piture taken I am going to start making it more of a habit and since starting to blog I have the camera with me at all times. There were never enough pictures of my Dad and that has bothered me so I now realize that I need my kids to know that I was happy with them. I need more pictures of me. Recent ones because the big hair pictures is not how they are going to remember me.

Yummy

I know that I will have more pictures like these I am sure. Tyler loves to eat. I think he would eat all day if I let him. He was so wiggily and just as I was giving him a spoonfull he came forward and got a nose full of pears. His bib says Mom's mess maker. ( On his face and in his pants!! ) I just can't stop beaming over this kid. He is so much fun!

Our Wedding

I am tagging all of you that are on my link list. I want every one to post wedding pictures too. I think all of you will get a kick out of my hair.

What day did you get engaged? On my birthday in 1999

How did he propose? After doing dinner and gifts with my family I had to take Jason home and he asked if I wanted to go for a drive and some how we ended up by the high school at the same place where we first kissed and he made up some dumb thing on how I should look over the wall and look at the baseball field like it had come along way or something? Any way when I turned around he had our love song playing on the radio and he was on one knee with the ring in his hand. He said he already knew the answer ( well duh, I had only been waiting for 3 years ) but wanted to ask me any way. I asked him how long I had to wait and he said we will get married soon and then I said yes. We went home to tell my parents. The next day Jason got a lecture from my Dad and was told that he was a big chicken for not asking me in front of the family.

Did you have a bacheloret party? Yes and it was combined with the guys, they hated that but we had a good time.

What did you do at your bridal shower? We tied a quilt and had a luncheon. It was a kitchen shower. We didn't do any dumb games because I hate them.

What is your wedding date? August of 1999

Where did you get married? In my Parents back yard in Salt Lake. My Dad was the Bishop and he walked me down to Jason and then he performed the ceremony.

What preparation's did you make to get ready for the big day? We had my brother and his friends stain the fence. We borrowed tables and chairs. We did yard work. Jeremy washed all the motorcycles. We had family over to prepare the food. I told Jason to go home so I could get ready. I did my own hair and own make up.

How many Bridesmaids did you have? I had two. My sister Tami and my sister-in-law Jennifer.

How many Groomsmen did you have? I had three. My brother Steven, and my two brother-in-laws Jeremy and Jared.

Describe your wedding day- Well it had rained the night before so that made me even more nervous. It was a bright sunny day and we only had Family and the closest of friends attend. It was a motorcycle theme wedding. I had my motorcycle on the side with the girls and Jason had his motorcycle on his side with the guys. We had an aisle way of motorcycles, including my Grandpa's scooter that led guests to the back yard. We had little motorcycles on the tables and a little replica of Jason's bike on top of our cake. I had the guys wear black pants with short white sleeved dress shirts with black leather vests. My Dad after performing the ceremony changed from his nice suit into his motorcycle gear as well. The Mother's wore navy blue dress and the girls wore a blue jumper. It wasn't anything lavish, Kind of a white trash wedding because we had a very small budget. But we just wanted to have a good time. We didn't have a line because that is something else I hate so we just mingled with every one. We had a buffet and every one brought something. I heard the food was good. I didn't get any.

Where did you go on your Honeymoon? It was lame but we couldn't afford much and both sets of parents pitched in so we could get a room in Park City. The room was awful and the dinner that it came with was a steak dinner and everything tasted like it was microwaved. We drove to Evanston, Wy. and messed around and then spent another night in Heber because I didn't want to go back home yet.

Anything you would of changed? Yes, I would of told my Dad not to water the lawn 3 hours before the wedding but then again I wouldn't have his muddy foot print still left on my dress.
I would of had a row of chairs out on the lawn a little more formal instead of all of us crammed on the patio. I would have done bridal pictures. I would have taken the money my Mother offered us and ran away to get married..no just kidding. I would of paid attention to what I was doing and not recorded over my wedding tape with wrestling. I would have let our song play the whole length of it before turning it off and then would of started the ceremony. I love that song ( it's the song off of 8 seconds...Standing right next to me )

Did you cry? No not really, I teared up but no actual tears came rolling down. He how ever did cry. I mean look at me I was a princess and so beautiful that day..lol :) I did get all cry like when it was the cake time..I really didn't want him to smash the cake in my face. He didn't.
Please oh please post some of your wedding pictures. I find it so interesting to see what people look like and how much they have changed. Aren't Jason and I so funny. He is alot skinnier and well...I am rounder, that's what kids do to you.

I have been tagged by Aspen

How long have you been together? Since 1996, which is 12 long years
( happy years ) Married since 1999, Almost 10 years, WOW!!
How long did you date? 3 1/2 years, I think I beat every one on this question. I do recommend dating some one for at least a year but seriously who keep some one hanging on for 3 years? He was worth it..jeez!
How old is he? 30
Who said ‘I love you’ first? Jason said he loved me first.

Who is taller? He is. I am only 5'4 and he is 6'3
Who is smarter? He is. I have gotten dumber with each kid. Now if you ask who has the better memory that would be ME.

Who does the laundry? ME!! I even have a help wanted sign in the laundry room, no one has applied. Although if Jason does it which is maybe once a year he only washes his clothes.

Who does the dishes? the dishwasher although I am the one that loads it and unloads it, if any one else opens it up it is just to pull one or two items out and leaving the rest for ME.. Since no one has applied for the laundry position I haven't bothered to hang a sign for this position.

Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? If laying in the bed, Jason sleeps on the right side at home. In the trailer and at the nuthouse I do. If we stay in a hotel Jason always sleeps closer to the door or night stand. ( something funny..I like to get a hotel room that has two beds so I can have my own, this way I don't have to fight over blankets or the pillows )

Who pays the bills? I do. This is the job I hate the most. I am always asked where did all the money go?

Who mows the lawn? If Jason is around he does it but last year the Malovich boys did.

Who cooks dinner? ME, McDonald's, KFC, Arby's, My Mom or Taco Bell. Oh come on we don't eat out that often. I usually make a big breakfast on Saturday and a nice dinner on Sunday. During the week the microwave does most of it. I am all about fast ,cheap and easy. I don't have a whole lot of time during the week to actually make a big dinner.

Who is more stubborn? Jason is but every once in a while I can change his mind. Example...TYLER

Who kissed who first? Jason kissed me first. I had a cold that day and I said all girly like.."I am sick and I don't want to give my cold." He took my chin with his hand and pulled me in and kissed me, I still remember him shaking. I was in the driver's seat in his Trans Am.
Who asked who out? I would always bug Jason to take me for a motorcycle ride or would ask when was he going to let me drive his car or his lifted truck? I gave up after a while. I started to think that he didn't like me or if I was retarded or something ( he was the one retarded ). We went to Wheeler Farm ( back when they had line dancing there ) but it was a group thing with a bunch of our friends. I don't know if we really had a first date alone. He did pick me up from work and take me home all the time.
Who proposed? Jason proposed in the same place where we first kissed. I still remember shaking. ( now ask Aspen who got to see the ring first? )

Who is more sensitive? I am for sure. Although I have gotten better, I don't cry as much.

You are rational enough to see every part of a problem. You are great at giving other people advice.

You are usually the best at everything ... you strive for perfection.
You are confident, authoritative, and aggressive.
You have the classic "Type A" personality.

You are the total package - suave, sexy, smart, and strong.
You have the whole world under your spell, and you can influence almost everyone you know.
You don't always resist your urges to crush the weak. Just remember, they don't have as much going for them as you do.

You are well rounded, with a complete perspective on life.
You are solid and dependable. You are loyal, and people can count on you.
At times, you can be a bit too serious. You tend to put too much pressure on yourself.

You also have a very active imagination. You often get carried away with your thoughts.
You are prone to a little paranoia and jealousy. You sometimes go overboard in interpreting signals.
Jason doesn't beleive the part about jealousy and paranoia, but it's right on everything else.

What Tawnie means

What Tawnie Means
You are a seeker. You often find yourself restless - and you have a lot of questions about life.
You tend to travel often, to fairly random locations. You're most comfortable when you're far away from home.
You are quite passionate and easily tempted. Your impulses sometimes get you into trouble.

You are very intuitive and wise. You understand the world better than most people.
You also have a very active imagination. You often get carried away with your thoughts.
You are prone to a little paranoia and jealousy. You sometimes go overboard in interpreting signals.

You tend to be pretty tightly wound. It's easy to get you excited... which can be a good or bad thing.
You have a lot of enthusiasm, but it fades rather quickly. You don't stick with any one thing for very long.
You have the drive to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. Your biggest problem is making sure you finish the projects you start.

You are friendly, charming, and warm. You get along with almost everyone.
You work hard not to rock the boat. Your easy going attitude brings people together.
At times, you can be a little flaky and irresponsible. But for the important things, you pull it together.
I am not sure that I believe all of it.

bounced out

One minute we are talking, laughing and bouncing and the next we are passed out. I have so many pictures of my kids asleep in strange places. It is so funny that kids can just pass out any where and be comfortable I will have to gather all of them and post them ). Don't worry I didn't leave him in there for long, I did hate to move him. I knew he would wake up as soon as I did.

hot potato

This past week Little Jason was sick. He had a fever for 3 days, it ranged from 100-102 degrees and wasn't eating ( my boy not eating, I know he was sick when he didn't want a peanut butter sandwich ). I haven't had a kid have a fever for that long. By the third day I was getting worried so I called the Doctor and got in. It was a waste of time and money. It took me longer to get there then what the Doctor saw Jason for. Jason just had a little bit of a bug. The Doctor also said that I have been doing everything right...Well duh! This was the day I took him in, he stayed in his jammies all day. He is so funny. Even though he wasn't feeling well he was in pretty good spirits . It was amazing that he could sleep like this.

Loosing It

Okay so this isn't a post I am proud of, but something is going on with me. I am loosing my hair! It's all of a sudden too. I am finding strands every where. This is just from one washing in the shower and right after when I comb it. Plus it falls out all day. I think I need to either get a new job or find a vitamin or I think I am going to need a wig pretty soon.
