Mother's Day

Normally I am very against the kids writing or coloring on themselves and in fact throw those stick on tattoos away. I made an exception to this. I didn't even know it but Daddy had drawn this on the kids in the morning and I hadn't noticed until just before bed. I laughed and as you can tell they were actually proud to have it. I had a wonderful Mother's Day. Daddy took the kids ( Jason & Maddie any way ) to pick pick out somethings for me. Maddie got me a necklace that is a heart that has diamonds, gold, silver and says mom on it. Jason got me some perfume and Tyler with the help of Maddie got me a necklace that has a heart shaped stone of his birthstone and I also received some cute cards and then Daddy got me some red roses and made breakfast in bed. I enjoyed the speakers at church and some how can't find my gift that was given afterwards. My only disappointment was that the primary kids only sang one song. I had put off feeding Tyler because I didn't want to miss my songs..Anyway we skipped out on the rest of the classes and met up with my Family for a nice dinner at Chuck-A-Rama. We go out every year so none of us have to cook or clean up. We ended the day with a bike ride and playing at the School. Jason made me feel so special and he said that I am the best Mommy!! ( Just so you know, I know a lot better ones out there )

Race for the Cure

My Aunt Kaka ( Karen ) is a Breast Cancer survivor for 11 years now. Some of us get together to show her our support and walk with her, it's a 5k ( 3 miles ) that starts down at the Gateway. I am so glad that I had this oppertunity. It is amazing that so many people come, they themselves are survivors and all of those who are supporting or walking in memory of. It was a beautiful day. I have done it the last two years and will do it again as long as Kaka asks me too.

Spring Program

Jason goes to Challenger two days a week and this past week his class put on a spring program that they had been working on for weeks. ( I miss the Christmas one because of a new baby ) They worked so hard. I juggled a video camera and a digital camera so I could get everything. While Jason was performing he would yell out I love you Mommy, your supposed to clap Mommy, did you clap Mommy? I saw him pick his nose at least a dozen times and touch himself at least half a dozen times.
I also received my Mother's day gift from him. It was a sheet with different questions on it about me. Some of the questions were... ( I hope that you can read it. ) My favorite one is that I am as pretty as a dress.
I really enjoyed watching him, he makes me so proud.

Lookin' Sharp

My Sister got Ty this studly outfit this past Christmas and we were are so excited that it finally fits. It's still a smidge big but he looked so darn cute in it for church. We bought all of Ty's clothes big because we thought he was going to be 10 lbs or bigger when he was born. Nope, we have had to wait on some of them. So far I have had the biggest baby and the smallest in the South Family..It's okay he is growing like a weed and pretty soon he will be a thick kid like his Big Brother.

My Little Mover

Today was crap!! Usually every Tuesday we get in a truck that has several pieces to deliver. The driver that comes in is awesome...Really good guy and always busts his butt at helping us get the pieces off. Well today....really just another normal day....Me, My Mom and my Sister got to help off load, oh and little Jason. ( he always wants to help and he is pretty strong for how little he is..who am I kidding he is a little superman ) we had 32 pices with a combined weight of over 4,000 pounds. It was not fun. ( we often get stuck doing the off loading, not just this truck but others, just before this one My Mom received in 23 mattresses ) us girls almost lost a stone table top, we all screamed when it started to lean and we all kind of thru our bodies into it to keep in from dropping all the way to the ground. I was hurting so bad..All of us received injuries from todays event. Oh let me get to Jason. We put him up on the upper level of this trucks trailer and with his strong muscles he pushed these pieces over so the driver could reach them. Jason was just beaming. After we got him down the driver gave him 2$. He was so excited. I told him that we would go to the store to buy something.
I call him My Little Mover in training. There are some days that I am glad that I can take my kids to work.

Mommy & Kids

I am trying to put something together for Jason for Father's Day. ( He never looks on the Internet so I can post what ever I want. ) Plus these are also for me. Like I have said before on an earlier post about how I need more pictures of me with my kids. These are the best out of the group. The kids where great sports. I hope Jason will like them. ( I may change them to Black & White and crop them? ) Have I said how much I love my kids?

Poopy 2

So I leave to go get Maddie from School the other day and I get a text from my Sister showing me this plus a little something that says "I'm not touching this!" I manage to get him out of his jumper and on the changing table and you know what? There was hardly any poop in his diaper, it all came out the side. He is imbetween sizes right now so that doesn't help either. Can you believe that I didn't even have to change his onesie?
Just another one for the record book.
