When you ask Maddie what she wants to be when she grows up she will either say a dancer or/and an artist. Here is some of her art work. I love it..especially Tyler in the carrier and that Little J has no mouth...ya only if it was erasable sometimes in real life! Oh and I love that she portrays me as being so Skinny! She really is creative and a great artist.

Have you noticed?
A few weeks ago I was watching a program..Maybe Glen Beck? Well who ever it was they were on the topic of how the makers ( I don't know what to call them ) of their products, whether it be soap, chips, cereal, deodorant etc. how they are keeping the packaging the same but cutting back on the quantity. That way they can keep the price the same and the size the same without the consumer really even noticing. So I kind of placed this topic in the back of my mind but it resurfaced when I went shopping and noticed when I picked up the box of diapers I just knew that the number was different from last time..I just had such a gut feeling..I flared up knowing about this topic. So when I got home I grabbed the other boxes..the only reason I had these other boxes is that they contain the clothes that the kids have out grown. The picture on the left shows how much they have held back on packing compared to the one on the right which I just purchased. 108 to 104 and now 100, but I paid the SAME price!! It is crazy that these billion dollar corporations think they need to hold back just a little..just so they can make billions more!
Ugh..my gripe for the week.
Albian Basin
Two Sunday's ago, Jason loaded us up in the truck with KFC and took us up to Albion Basin, near Snowbird for a picnic and some out door scenery (I can never remember if that is Little Cottonwood or Big Cottonwood Canyon. ) Man it was a beautiful day. We took a hike..a mile my butt! up to Secret Lake...in flip flops no less, I had shoes but I didn't want my Mom to feel left out. We saw a moose but on the side of the road on the way down the mountain. Oh the Lord is such a wonderful artist.
I love our days out- Cheap, easy and fun!
bed bugs
Can some one explain to me why Jason spent $350.00 on bed for Little J when this what I find? I told Little J that I was just going to give his bed to Tyler and he said that was fine. Little J's bed has a slide and a tent but he prefers to be in with Maddie. I am glad that they get along except the occassional..she/he started it, they do pretty well. Yes I know they might be getting to old to share the bunk or the bed but let them love each other for a while because we all know that when they get older they are not going to get along so well.

Daddy Daughter Date
So Maddie felt a little pushed aside ever since Jason did the Father's and Son's with little J. So for a few days he had been promising her that they would go out on a date and that they would do what ever she wanted to do. Boy was I jealous! She chose my favorite place, Winger's for dinner and then went to Boondocks for her activity. They didn't get home until after 10:00PM, way past her curfew. She has done nothing but brag about her date with her Daddy. I told her next time that I was going to come along..She said NO! Man she has her Dad wrapped around her finger, that's okay..She needs him. She really is a Daddy's Girl.
Happy Anniversary!!
Oh so I am a week or two late on posting about my anniversary...That's okay Jason says it's just another day..or he asks what one is this, our first marriage or our second? ( our first is on August 21st and our second is may 21st )
Okay, so wait let's get serious, Jason and I have been married for 9 years now but have been together for 12. That is along time to be with some one, and just think we are stuck together for eternity too..but really I wouldn't want to be stuck with any one else. I love this man, he is my best friend. We really have come along way. I am so glad to share everything with him especially 3 beautiful children.
Our favorite saying to each other is "Even though you make me want to run the car in to on coming traffic sometimes, I wouldn't want it any other way."
I love you Jason, I hope you know how much you really mean to me.
cheers, Here's to many more years to come.
Don't let it out of your sight!!
Not for the easily offended!!

This is what happened when my Husband dropped me off to run in to Walmart and stayed in the car with the kids! I was in there for only 5 minutes! Can you believe that I didn't find these pics for a week!? I have decided that my camera is not safe out of my sight! ( Oh and I can't forget to mention this either, he flips the bird in almost all of the pictures that are taken of us or that I take of us..just to ruin them...He thinks it's funny. I will have to post some of them. )
