I haven't been to Liberty Park for years. We happened to be down town so we decided to stop on our way out and saw that they have a little splash area at the park. This is a great place to go and let the kids get wet...and it's free!! Despite being unprepared with swimming stuff it was a blast. ( I couldn't believe that I had to talk the kids into getting wet in their clothes, they thought that they would get in trouble..what? ) The surrounding area was great too, there was several swings and slides and fort looking thing. If your ever up for a drive into Salt Lake stop by and check it out with the kids. Plenty of benches and a fake grass area to sit and watch.
