Bubba's 4

Punching Justin & Daddy in the face!!

My Bubba turned 4 ( the 13th..friday the 13th ) I can't believe my little guy is this old! We celebrated it the Sunday after over at Jeremy and Larkyn's during Father's Day dinner ( Thanks again guys for letting us make the mess at your place and not mine ) He is so funny. He makes me laugh all the time.
He was worried that we weren't going to celebrate it and he also was worried that Daddy was going to put poop on his cake because that is all that we talked about for the week before his Birthday because we were making in fun of him for not telling us what presents he wanted or what type of cake. He did ask when Daddy wasn't around if Daddy was just joking. I told him yes. I love celebrating Birthday's. I want my kids to know that this is such a special day to me, it's when the Lord and my Dad handed them over to me. I love him, I love him, oh do I love him.

Temple Square

Couple of weeks ago we spent FHE with the South Family at Temple square. What a beautiful evening. We walked around, went to my favorite area..the Christus and then saw the short film about Joseph Smith. It was wonderful, The feeling of the Spirit was over whelming. I thought to myself...How could you not believe that this church is not true? This Man..Joseph Smith went thru so much to restore this true church and the trials that he and his family went thru and he still didn't falter. The film made my testimony grow stronger. I recommend going down to see it.

Bouncing Buddies

This was our first Saturday or Sunday that we got to be home from not doing the Salt Lake house so we went out and enjoyed as much of the day as possible.
It was such a beautiful day and I am looking forward to more of them.
We do love our back yard.

Dance Recital

My Mom, Aunt Karen, My Cousin Kylie, My Niece Paiton and My Maddie all go to the same dance studio. The pictures aren't the best of them dancing but they sure were cute and besides the 1 and 1/2 hour production and very hot auditorium we survived another dance season.

This is proud Daddy.

My Mother is the one with the bone in her hair

My Mom is the second to last to the right and my Aunt Karen is the one to her left. Tapping away.

Maddie is the 3rd in from the left.
This is Daddy, He did wake up for the important parts.

This is Bubba..I actually was glad that he fell asleep. He was driving every one nuts.

**The BIG 30**

So when my Birthday starts getting close I always get a little depressed and it's not because it's another year older..It just seems that it's never important. There is never enough money or never enough time. Jason always says it's just another day...Not just about mine but about his too. This year I was way caught off guard. Jason and my Mom planned a surprised Birthday Party and every one brought things for a yummy BBQ. I was spoiled!!! Thanks again to every one who made me feel great and made the BBQ such a wonderful treat.
Oh and did I mention that I was glad that I changed from my jammies into going out of the house clothes? Oh and I touched up my make up? I really had no idea...I only accept this type of deception and lies..so no more =)

My Little Graduate!!

Maddie Graduated from Kindergarten on Wednesday. It was a cute program. It was 1 1/2 hour long program.... They sang songs and had a special slide show. The slide show for Maddie's class was themed " Oh how we've grown ". It showed the kids as babies and how they look now. It was really cute. Her teacher's even included their own Baby picture.
This is her Teacher Mrs. Porter and the Teacher's Assistant Ms. Brandy
This was their song on Success and her close friend Kya
She makes me so proud! She was beaming, Her Nana got her some flowers. It was such a special day. Oh and we don't have to repeat Kindergarten..she did great on her year end test and gets to go to First Grade..I wish that her Teacher's would move up to the next grade with her.

Maddie's School Carnival

The Kids were upset with Mommy and Daddy because we didn't want to stay long. It was so crowded that we did one bouncing maze and two games each. The line went on for a mile for food that we went ahead and let the kids eat cotton candy for dinner. There were several bouncing zones and lots of yummy treats and good smells but didn't want to spend all the time in line and besides we could go to Classic for more bouncing. It was just so crowded, it was like every one was coming out of nooks and cranny's.
I was even more disappointed in her carnival when I saw how awesome Kylie's was. I guess every school has it's positives and negatives. They did have fun while we were there. Thanks Daddy for enduring it so we could stay a little bit longer..He did take us out to dinner after which made up for it....Oh and atleast it was a beautiful day!

Memorial Weekend

For the last 10 years my Family have been going up to a place called St. Anthony's, Idaho. Usually over Memorial and Labor day. We go up on the Wednesday before and stay until Monday afternoon. It makes for a nice long weekend. Thanks to Tami I was able to go and leave most of my work behind and relax a little.
There is miles and miles of Sand Dunes. It's just 20 minutes from Rexburg and about the same to Idaho Falls. We have stayed at the Sand Hills Resort. Our Big group that have gone with us in the past has been widdled down to just a little bit of Family and Friends. We have enjoyed our trips each time we have gone but I am afraid that this may be our last time visiting. the place has kept changing Management ( which they are better then the previous owners ) but we fought with the water and electricity staying on. The other big disappointment is that they started charging almost 3 times more then what we used to pay for the sites. I could stay at a near by Hotel for way less and have a pool and my bed made everyday. I shouldn't complain. We had a great time and were so glad that we could get away. It rained every day that we were there, the weather broke for maybe 8 hours on two of the days just enough for the kids to be able to get out and ride their bikes and play in the dirt/sand. They are so fun to watch. They enjoy their bikes and we had plenty of kids to play with and a big area for them to ride their bikes.
This is Maddie, Aiden ( which usually has a helmet on ) and then Trina on Jason's bike.
More of Maddie, Jason on Trina's Dora bike, Trina on Jason's
bike and then Stayjia ( a family member of Dustin & Darlene )

Oh my wonderful home away from home..This Baby has 5 Queen beds, a huge bathroom ( for a trailer ) a filtering water system, a big screen t.v., oh and a garage!! I love this thing. The rain..nope didn't bother me. In fact I never got out of my jammies the 2nd day we were there and then hardly got dressed the following days. I needed it. Don't worry I showered!!
Here is Zach making sure that the kids all go the right direction. We only had one crash the whole trip.

Jason and Jake with Tyler..Just coming back from a ride (Not Tyler, he is not big enough yet) a little chilly, We had to wear hoodies most of the time while outside.

This is Justin messing around on Kenyan's bike. The big show off, he can do trick's on his bike too. He is so cool. He makes the kids laugh!
This is princess Maddie..Oh wait she is not a princess when we are out on the sand or camping, She doesn't want her hair done and doesn't care if she wears the same thing every day. She is a great rider.
This is Little Jason. He is also a great rider..This is him doing one of his tricks, another one is riding real slow with one hand. He wants a dirt bike when he gets bigger so he can jump way high like his Daddy.
